Posting issues

I have been having trouble creating paragraphs in my posts for a long time now. I was having to resort to editing the html every time with "brbr" inside <>. It got quite annoying, especially since the problem surfaced all of a sudden many months ago. Today I saw in my settings that I did not have automatic line breaks checked. I checked and now all of my previous posts have extra breaks. I don't think I'm going to edit them all. Now my blog looks weird. Bummer.
