What about vet tech-ing?

I am still always looking out for new career opportunities. Today I saw an ad on craigslist for a veterinary technician. Since having Wallace, I have realized again how much I like animals. Normally this is a certified position, but the ad says they are willing to train. And it's only 7 miles from the apartment vs. 19! I sent the person an email telling them that I'm looking for a career change and talked myself up a bit. We'll see what happens. I have no idea what it pays.
